Possibly Cancelling Per Diem!

Dear All,

The USPS recently announced its intention to cancel National Center for Employee Development (NCED) and off-site Per Diems this upcoming January, in violation of the collective bargaining agreement (CBA). If you are planning to go to NCED or complete any off-site trainings in the near future, this is a MUST-attend meeting.
