Minutes of the Meeting

November 2024

President Cooper called the meeting to order.

We had a moment of silence.

The Pledge

The minutes from the September meeting were read. Rick Goss motioned for them to be accepted. After a second from Travis Samples the motion passed.

Officer’s Reports

We discussed:

-jobs being affected downtown and Berea

-Expeditor job description/issues with scanning

-PSHB

-Express clerk

-Empty Equipment

Travis Samples made a motion have the drawings and adjourn. After a second from Rhonda Chastain the motion passed. The winners were-$50-Marcia Montgomery, $35-Jennifer DeShields, $15-Steve Copper.

The jackpot drawing winner was Lee Gaston. She was not in attendance another number was drawn. The winner was John Worden. He was not in attendance. The jackpot will be $375 for the January 2025 meeting.
