President Cooper called the meeting to order.

The minutes from the May meeting were read. Travis Samples motioned for them to be accepted. After a second from Brendan Harris the motion passed.

Officers Reports

We discussed:

- The information hallway

- Members Facebook page

- Drop-box

- Seniority list

- Floating steward

Rebecca Boettcher made a motion to send 2 people to The Young Members Conference plus 3 more up to 5, 35 and under September 29-30 in Las Vegas. 1-Cameron Bates, 2-Ryan. The union to pay and per diem. After a second from Travis Samples the motion passed.

Clyde Garrison made a motion to have the drawings and adjourn. After a second form Rhonda Chastain the motion passed. The winners were $50- Sharon Glover, $35- Fred Williams, $15-Shiela Mayfield.

The Winner of the $225.00 jackpot was Teresa Smeltzer. She was not in attendance another number was drawn. The winner was Eddie Murray. He was not in attendance jackpot goes to $250.00 for the

September 17, 2023 meeting.
